This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of the Midwinter Ball website. Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. Using the Midwinter Ball online ticketing or making any other user registration indicates your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth here.

PRICING

All prices are stated in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Amendments or cancellations to ticket requests can be made prior to 5pm Thursday 4th August 2016. No discussion will be entered into after such time.

Only registered and approved guests will be granted permission of entry to the event – tickets are NON TRANSFERABLE for security purposes. The Midwinter Ball Foundation reserves the right to deny entry to the event for whatever reason determined by them.

If payment for approved tickets is not received by 5pm on Wednesday 17th August 2016 ticket requests will be deemed invalid and will be forfeited. No discussion will be entered into.

The Midwinter Ball Foundation has been created for the worthy cause of charity and therefore NO REFUNDS under any circumstances will be made.

USE OF THIS SITE

YOUR RIGHTS

The contents of the Site are only for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operation of the Site in any way.

YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD

As part of the registration process, you will be given a username and password. You must take care to keep your password confidential. You must not disclose it to anyone and you must take care where you write it down on paper or where you store it electronically. You could be liable to pay compensation if an unauthorised person gains access to it and subsequently uses it on the Midwinter Ball online ticketing as a result of your failure to keep your password confidential.

TERMINATION

In addition to any other rights of the parties set forth herein. The Midwinter Ball Foundation also reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the ticketing section of the Site in whole or in part, without notice, with respect to any breach or threatened breach by you of any portion of this Agreement.

If we find that you are not using the service properly we reserve the right to terminate your use of the service immediately and, if necessary, take legal action against you.
